Boxer distributes channels that send subscription TV via the terrestial digital TV net. The web site contains a mixture of product offerings and buying flows with service functions to help the customers.
Boxer gave us a task: to create a new web site for both current and potential customers. Challenges included plans for expansion into markets outside of Sweden, an increased and more complex selection of products, as well as investing in e-commerce. It had also been observed that customers to a greater extent needed both better customer service and more personal service on the web.¨
The goal of the new web site was to deliver the best customer experience, to optimize customer service, to support the development of new business and to increase sales through the own channels.
The new structure for Boxer Sweden was created after the insight that the Swedish market had stagnated and that most customers visit the web site as a customer wanting to solve a problem. The result was a flexible and modular solution with the potential to fill Boxer’s future needs and expansion plans.
An analysis of incoming telephone calls showed a large potential in cost savings through offering smarter and more interactive customer service on the web.
