Ever since the start in 1999, our ambition has been to be an agency that is easy to work with. A manifest of this is good structure and planning, logical processes, as well as high availability and flexibility. We become an easy agency as we work with fixed teams that know their clients, clear internal role divisions, thorough quality control and dedicated project leaders.

But most important is our commitment. By always challenging ourselves, dividing the responsibility among team members as well as by striving to fulfil both clear and high demands, we create great commitment! In our opinion it is important that we contribute to a project with energy and drive.

Proven customer satisfaction

We are proud to have been ranked among the top three in the surveys Best Agency in Sweden and Agency of the Year. The latter is organized by the Swedish financial newspaper Dagens Industri along with the survey company Regi. Best Agency in Sweden is organized by the magazine Resumé. The criterias of both surveys are divided into three process areas: Production Process, Knowledge and Strategy, and Result and Feedback. Within the area Knowledge and Strategy the following criteria were measured: proactivity, knowledge about communication and media channels, brand knowledge, knowledge of the clients’ market, as well as strategic competence. Within the area Production Process the following criteria were measured: creativity, project management, commitment, written expression, analytic ability, certainty of delivery, as well as administrative routines.
Within the area Result and Feedback the following criteria were measured: business benefits and cost competitiveness.

We work actively to increase customer satisfaction and quality every year in our service delivery. The result from Agency of the Year is used as a tool for evaluation in order to improve our offers.
